Problem Reported: | Consumer had ordered clothes from an online shopping portal in first week of March 2022 and had paid ₹1035.90. The order was supposed to be delivered with a week. It had been more than 20 days, order is not delivered. Consumer had contacted company’s customer care many times to deliver the product but not getting positive response. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the online shopping company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded on the NCH Portal that “The refund has been manually processed towards the source account on xxxxxx (date) that was used to make the payment against Refund Reference Number: xxxxxxx. The amount should reflect in the source account within 7-9 business days.” | ||||
