Problem Reported: Consumer had broadband connection and ₹2500 as refundable security. Consumer had surrendered the broadband connection in first week of Feb 2022 but the security amount is not refunded to him. Consumer had already registered complaint with the company but not getting positive response.
Escalation by NCH: As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded on the NCH Portal that, we have investigated the issue and found that service cancellation request has been completed and the device has been picked up from the location. Our team is working to resolve the same and we assure that the refund will be processed within next 10 to 15 working days.
