Problem Reported: | Consumer had ordered Apparels from online shopping portal in mid – April 2022 and had paid ₹3425. The order is not delivered yet. Consumer had contacted company’s customer care many times to deliver the product but not getting positive response. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the online shopping company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded on the NCH Portal that, the order could not get delivered due to some logistics constraints. We have initiated the refund of ₹3425.26/- towards the source account on xxxxxx (date) that was used to make the payment against Refund Reference Number: xxxxxx. The amount should reflect in the source account within 7-9 business days.” | ||||
