|Consumer had bought Bluetooth headphones in Oct 2021worth ₹ 1299. The headphone was not working properly so he requested for replacement. The company had picked up the defective headphone in Apr 2022. But, since then company had not provided the replacement.

|As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded on the NCH Portal that, “We have shipped the replacement to the customer's registered address through AWB no: xxxxxx. Hence we are closing the complaint.”
