Problem Reported: Consumer had bought branded wireless Bluetooth earphone in November 2021 and paid ₹ 2099. The Earphone has stopped functioning in February 2022. As the service center was very far from his place, consumer requested the company to provide pick and drop service for the repair of headphone. Company denied the same and informed consumer to visit the service center. Consumer expects NCH should help him to get the problem resolved.
Escalation by NCH: As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded on the NCH Portal that,, “Had a word with the customer and informed him that we have arrange the pickup service for his device and as checked today his device has been picked up and in service center for the repair process and once it will get repaired it will dropped at the customer address. Hence, the case stands closed.”
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: Excellent. Thanks NCH, after your involvement in this matter, company executive contacted me and exchanged the defective product with Pick up & Drop facility. Thank You Very Much.
