Problem Reported: Consumer has a LPG connection and requested to replace the gas regulator as it got damaged. The regulator got replaced but the agency forced him to buy dish wash worth ₹ 120. Consumer wants that NCH should take action on this.
Escalation by NCH: As the petroleum company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that. . ‘With reference to the above concern, we have processed all the refunds and we close the case here amicably.’
