Company had assured that the device would be delivered in within 48 hours. Now, more than 5 days had passed the device is not installed at his place. Escalation by NCH: | As the online shopping portal is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. As per your telephonic conversation on xxxxxx (mobile number) dated xxxxxx, we have received a confirmation from your end that your issue has been addressed and resolved | ||||
