Problem Reported: Consumer had ordered clothes from an online shopping portal and had paid ₹2164. After delivery, consumer had requested for return and refund as the color and size was not up to the satisfaction. The company had cancelled the return request thrice. Now, the return period had been expired and company has refused to redress the complaint.
Escalation by NCH: As the online shopping portal is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that,. We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund of ₹2164 -has been completed on xxxxxx (date) and should be reflecting in your account on or before xxxxxx (date) .
