Courier had been placing their office since last three days but had not been delivered yet. He had complained to the customer care but no resolution
Escalation by NCH: As the courier company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “xxxxxx (consignment number.) is delivered on xxxxxx (date)
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: Thank you very much to the team of National Consumer Helpline. I really appreciate their service. it is because of them that my Grievance was resolved.
