Problem Reported: | Consumer had purchased a motor cycle, but as the bike was not working properly, he raised the grievance to the company and submitted the motorcycle to the showroom for necessary repairs and replacement of parts. Even after 15 days, the showroom did not return him the motor cycle after repairs. | ||||
