Problem Reported: Consumer had purchased a motor cycle, but as the bike was not working properly, he raised the grievance to the company and submitted the motorcycle to the showroom for necessary repairs and replacement of parts. Even after 15 days, the showroom did not return him the motor cycle after repairs.
Escalation by NCH: As the automobile company is a convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was responded by them on the portal itself stating “In reference to the discussion with you, as per our team update, parts replacement has been done and the issue has been resolved in your motorcycle, so as per your approval we are closing the case’
