Problem Reported: | Consumer had made an online purchase in end June 2022 from a branded footwear website for two orders - one article was delivered on time but the other article was never delivered. When he raised the grievance to the company, he was informed that due to some technical reasons the parcel was lost in transit; hence the company would cancel the order and make a refund. Later, he got a mail confirming that the order had been cancelled and the refund would be made in 5-7 days but even after almost a month and a half, the refund has not been received despite multiple follow up. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is a convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was responded by them on the portal itself stating “Refund is in process.” | ||||
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: | Excellent! The refund has been made. Thanks for the excellent and prompt support. The issue was resolved within 24 hours of raising the complaint. Just Amazing! |
