Problem Reported: Consumer had bought an electric scooter in April 2022. The consumer was of the opinion that cheap plastic parts were used, various other features promised were not provided, and the company should not have charged the high amount that it has done for the scooter. Also, along with it, the Insurance was also high prices, from the company’s partner. Consumer wanted that the company should recall its cheap quality scooter from him and refund his hard earned money which they have taken. He also wanted compensation for mental torture they had spoken rudely to him, and were asking money again and again for the faulty parts which were not working properly.
Escalation by NCH: As the company is a convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was responded by them on the portal itself stating “The concern was discussed with the customer and the matter was amicably settled hence the issue stands closed by the customer, Scooter Issues resolved and delivered, Customer is satisfied
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: Excellent! You are doing a great job by protecting Customer's right. Well done! If possible just provide regular comments mostly it can be weekly update to customers about progress on their complaint so that Customer can take next step according to that status update.
