Problem Reported: Consumer had paid ₹ 57000/- to an online platform for his child's classes, and the online learning portal had given a Tab for the online study, which started from 1st June 2022. For the first two days there were some issues with the tab and it did not connect to the classes, and the company’s support team could not resolve it. So, he enrolled his child for personal tuitions. He contacted the company for refund, but they refused to give the money back. He wanted NCH to do the needful.
Escalation by NCH: As the online learning portal is not a convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to them and two reminders were also sent.
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: Excellent! First of all thank you very much for your prompt support, your service is excellent. He also suggested that it would help if any conference telephone facility could be provided during the process of redressal.
