|Consumer tried to recharge ₹ 100/- in his metro card from an e- wallet attached to his Bank account. The amount got deducted but the recharge was not done and the amount was not credited back in his bank account even after 3 days.
|Escalation by NCH:
|As the PSU Bank is a convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was responded by them on the portal itself stating “The mentioned amount has been credited to your account as on xxxx”
