|Consumer’s money had been debited from his e-wallet account towards payment for an e-commerce, purchase. This was wrongly done as the purchase was not made by him. He had informed the e-wallet company.
|Escalation by NCH:
|As the payment bank is a convergence partner of the NCH, the grievance was responded y the Bank on the portal itself, stating “Amount refunded to customer wallet”.
