|Consumer had a grievance that the pen refills he had bought of a specific company do not work as intended. He had received a replacement for 3 faded ink refills previously. Again, many of refills had faded ink. Consumer had contacted the company and couriered the refills and had also received the delivery message, but had not received any response from the company.

|As the FMCG Company is not a convergence partner of the NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to them.
