Problem Reported: | Consumer had booked household goods to be transported from Kerala to Haryana. The booking centre in Kerala and the online tracking site of the company showed that the items had reached its final destination, almost 10 days back, but neither had the goods been delivered nor had anyone contacted the consumer for the same. He had made repeated enquiries with the company executives, with no success. He requested NCH to do the needful at the earliest. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the Cargo Company is not a convergence partner of the NCH, the grievance was emailed to them and the company responded that ‘we are looking into the matter. Kindly allow us some time, issue will be resolved soon. | ||||
