Problem Reported: The consumer had transferred an amount of ₹ 1105/- by a payment App for his LPG Gas booking, the amount was debited, the payment was not credited to the company. Consumer wanted the refund.
Escalation by NCH: As the company is a convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was responded on the portal stating that ”Please refer telephonic discussions with the undersigned. You have confirmed that the amount of Rs 1105/- has been credited to your account.’
