Problem Reported: | Consumer had booked 2 train tickets online in mid-November 2019 for the journey date of early March 2020 and paid the total amount of ₹2,558.68. A week earlier to the travel date, he cancelled the train ticket and received a message for cancellation with settlement ID and Bank Reference ID for the amount of ₹2,300 but even after almost 20 days, the amount was not reflecting in his account. | ||||
