Problem Reported: Consumer was to receive a courier in mid – November 2022 but 4 days after the expected date of delivery, the courier reached the nearest branch office of the company. After a few days they showed the courier as ‘out for delivery’ but it was not delivered and they updated it as ‘consumer has refused to collect it’. The Consumer complained to the company many times but did not get a satisfactory response. Consumer wanted the delivery of the courier packet or refund of the amount as soon as possible. And wanted the company to take action against the delivery agent or those who did this.
Escalation by NCH: As the company is a convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was responded on the portal stating that ‘As per the destination team, shipment is delivered on xxxx. Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. However we have forwarded this complaint to the concerned senior officials to streamline the activities & we will ensure such issues will not repeat in future’.
