Problem Reported: Consumer had reserved an Electric Scooter in November 2021 by paying ₹ 499/- . But after seeing the current review & performance of the electric scooter, he changed his mind and cancelled the order in September 2022. While making a reservation/ at the test drive, it stated that the booking can be cancelled at any moment & the whole amount would be refunded within 7 working days. But even after about 2 months of cancellation, he had not received the refund, despite sharing all required details with the company’s customer care.
Escalation by NCH: As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded on the portal itself that ‘The concern was discussed with the customer and the matter was amicably settled hence the issue stands closed by the customer.
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: Excellent! Thank you for your support. Got the full refund, which was pending for months.
