Problem Reported: | Consumer had reserved an Electric Scooter in November 2021 by paying ₹ 499/- . But after seeing the current review & performance of the electric scooter, he changed his mind and cancelled the order in September 2022. While making a reservation/ at the test drive, it stated that the booking can be cancelled at any moment & the whole amount would be refunded within 7 working days. But even after about 2 months of cancellation, he had not received the refund, despite sharing all required details with the company’s customer care. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded on the portal itself that ‘The concern was discussed with the customer and the matter was amicably settled hence the issue stands closed by the customer. | ||||
