Problem Reported: | Consumer had purchased a herbal product from an online shopping portal, and said that the product did not contain what was mentioned and also has some harmful substances. He had tried several times to return the product and get a refund for the same but the return process had not been initiated. The product description has no list of the ingredients mentioned in it. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the portal is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded on the portal itself that ‘it is submitted that the refund worth Rs.240.00 was issued to the e-wallet account. Gift card no xxxxxx. In view of the above, the issue stands closed. | ||||
