Problem Reported: | Consumer had booked a gas cylinder on the first day of May 2020 with advance payment. After a few days, the consumer contacted the distributer and was informed that the cylinder had been delivered after 10 days of the order being placed, but consumer told him that he had not got the delivery of the cylinder. Consumer had lodged the grievance with the Gas company, but had not got a satisfactory response | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the company responded to the grievance on NCH Portal stating, “...As discussed with customer the issue has been resolved.” | ||||
