Problem Reported: | Consumer had booked tickets from a Private Airline to travel from Ahmedabad to Patna during the lock down period, and his tickets were canceled. He wanted the refund of his money in his bank account because he is from a poor family & in this situation, they had taken a loan to book these tickets. He had made a humble request to NCH to please help him in this situation. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the company responded to the grievance on the NCH portal stating “your request has been forwarded to the concerned department. Kindly note your refund will be shortly processed to the same mode of payment. We understand that your booking was done through a travel portal and hence you would need to contact the concerned agent for obtaining necessary details on your refund status” | ||||
