Problem Reported: Consumer had ordered medicines through an App in mid Aug 2020, and had paid ₹1,852. The order was booked and they had deducted the money but the transaction showed as failed. He had neither received the medicines nor got the refund.
Escalation by NCH: As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the company responded to the grievance on the NCH Portal stating, “... Please note that the medicines ordered has been cancelled due to out of stock. We have already initiated the refund of Rs. 1,852.00 to customer's bank account yesterday. As per the bank norms the refunded amount should reflect within 5-7 business days. This has been communicated to the user yesterday...”
