Problem Reported: | Consumer had applied for his car insurance on an insurance aggregator website in end Aug 2020, paid all charges, uploaded all the details and required documents, along with the inspection video of his car. Even after this, the policy had not been issued. Even after sending an email about the delay in issuing the policy, there was no response. As there was no response from the insurance aggregator portal and no policy issued, he asked them to cancel the policy booking. Even after all this, no reply was received from them. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the company responded to the grievance on the NCH Portal stating that “...this stands closed. Refund has been initiated to the customer source account.” | ||||
