|Consumer had purchased a branded semi-automatic washing machine from the company showroom in mid - November 2020 by paying ₹ 9600/- The machine was defective from the very first day. After raising his grievance to the company, a service executive visited, and found that one of the wheels of the machine was totally broken and spin tub was also not working properly. Consumer made a request to replace the machine or else refund the amount, but had not got any response.

|As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “replacement approved mail sent to customer; new machine will be delivered within 3-5 working days”
