Problem Reported: | Consumer had ordered a pair of branded men’s black running shoes and had paid ₹ 4100/-. As he did not like the product he raised a return request. The delivery agent picked up the product, but after being picked up, the consumer got a message that the product was on hold because there was no price tag on the product. Consumer said that he had returned the product to the company in the same condition as he had got the delivery but the company was not ready to refund the amount and rejected the return request | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that ‘The return pick up is completed post-approval and refund is initiated. Hence closing.’ | ||||
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: | When NCH spoke to the consumer, he confirmed that after lodging the grievance on portal he received ₹ 4100/- refund from the company, hence issue resolved. |
