Problem Reported: | Consumer had purchased a Smart TV for ₹ 15300/- in the third week of Oct 2020 and got it Installed the next day. After installation the TV stopped suddenly and restarted. The dealer said that it needed a software installation in the TV and that it would be done the next day. Consumer raised his grievance to the Company customer care and to the dealer many times, and both had told him that they would resolve the problem at the earliest but 1.5 months had passed, and no one had come to resolve the issue. | ||||
