Problem Reported: | Consumer had paid ₹13,493/- for No claim bonus for his insurance policy through the online the link sent by company, but the payment failed and he did not get any confirmation message. He wrote to the bank and also the insurance company but no one was aware as to where the amount was. He had sent several mails but got no response from the company. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the Company responded on the NCH Portal that “we wish to inform you that we have received the differential NCB recovery amount and NCB correction in the policy has been processed” | ||||
