Problem Reported: | Consumer had booked return tickets for air travel but later cancelled both the ticket. The airlines had processed the refund but the travel agent had not credited the amount of ₹35591/- in his account. The travel agent had informed him that the refund has already been credited to his account. He has sent several reminders and had also sent his credit cards bill for their verification but till now there had been no concrete action from the company. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the company responded on the NCH portal that “We would like to inform you that a refund of ₹35591/- for your booking has been processed which may take 2-7 working days to reflect in the original mode of payment. You will receive an email notification regarding the same. | ||||
