|Consumer had ordered a branded electric shaver in early March 2021 and had paid ₹ 2924.10. His grievance is that he had received a tampered and damaged box, and had raised the issue with the company within the required time lines. He had also provided the information and images to the company but had not received any response; neither had they provided replacement nor refund.

|As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that the issue had got resolved; Refund was processed for an amount of ₹ 2924.10
