Problem Reported: | Consumer had purchased a branded Inverter split Air Conditioner (AC) in mid-March 2020 and had paid ₹39989.89. The outdoor unit of the air conditioner was faulty and noise could be heard to be coming from the compressor since its installation. The grievance was raised to the installation team for replacement, and the consumer had also requested the Area manager of the company, who had agreed to replace the outdoor unit soon. Consumer had sent many mails and had been following up with the company for replacement but had not got any resolution | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the company responded on the NCH Portal that ” customer issue resolve as replacement was done please close the case.” | ||||
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: | The AC which was defective was replaced by the company. It is working to the satisfaction. Hence I request the grievance to be closed. Thank you for the support. |
