Problem Reported: Consumer had purchased a branded smart watch in end September 2020 and had paid ₹4049/-. It was working fine for about a month, after which, several technical and hardware issues showed up. Consumer contacted the company regarding the technical problems, and requested for a replacement as the smart watch was in the warranty period. The Company engineer promised him a replacement of the product but thereafter there had been no response from the company.
Escalation by NCH: As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the company responded on the NCH Portal that “it was informed to you regarding a gift card to be issued of the same amount you have paid. The gift card can be used on the website within a year without any terms and conditions. Please feel free to contact us in case of any further query.
