Consumer had taken admission in January 2021 for an online course of Data Science by paying ₹10,000/-. Due to some personal reason, he withdrew the admission after 6 days. As per the policy terms, if he withdrew his admission within 7 days, his fees would be refunded. But his request had been rejected and the refund denied, without any genuine reason. |

As the company is not under Convergence with NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the company, but as no response was received, two reminders were also sent. After the second reminder, the Company responded that, "We have refunded his amount” and gave the transaction details. |

When NCH spoke to the consumer, he confirmed that his grievance has been resolved, and he had he got the full refund, and conveyed his thanks to NCH. |
