However after using it for 3-4 months, the product had to be repaired several times, but even after this, the same problem persisted in the motherboard, due to which the computer does not perform as required | ||||
| Escalation by NCH | As the electronics products company is not a Convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was e-mailed to the company and the company responded that the replacement Product had been dispatched, and gave the tracking number as well as the delivery partner name. | ||||
