Consumer has a DTH Smart connection, but it was continuously getting ‘hanged’ since last few days. The menu bar was appearing on the screen so frequently that he could not see the TV properly then it used to get ‘hanged’. When consumer contacted the service provider’s Customer care, they provided him a solution of the call itself, but the solution did not help. So, he spoke to them again but they were unable to fix it and denied providing any additional help. In fact, they were not lodging his grievance nor providing a grievance number. |
