In the third week of April 2021, consumer had done a transaction of ₹5000 to a Mobile payment Solutions from a Bank prepaid card linked to an e- wallet. But, the transaction failed at merchant’s end, whereas the amount got debited from the e-wallet. The mobile payment solutions company confirmed that the transaction had failed. When consumer contacted the e-wallet company, he was assured that the amount would be refunded within 7-10 working days, but even after 10 working days, the amount had not been refunded. |
