Problem Reported In the third week of April 2021, consumer had done a transaction of โ‚น5000 to a Mobile payment Solutions from a Bank prepaid card linked to an e- wallet. But, the transaction failed at merchantโ€™s end, whereas the amount got debited from the e-wallet. The mobile payment solutions company confirmed that the transaction had failed. When consumer contacted the e-wallet company, he was assured that the amount would be refunded within 7-10 working days, but even after 10 working days, the amount had not been refunded.
Escalation by NCH As the Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that โ€œWe wish to inform that your wallet transaction of INR5000 has been refunded into your xxx wallet.โ€
