Problem Reported |
Consumer had ordered branded clothing - 3 packs of 2 pieces each of the garment and 2 packs of 3 pieces each of the garment making it a total of 5 packs containing 12 pieces in total. However what got delivered was only 1 Pack of 2 pieces of the garment and 1 pack of 3 pieces making it a total of 2 packs containing 5 shorts in total. In regard to this, he had already raised multiple complaints with the shopping portal but they had not provided a resolution for the same. It had almost been a month since he made the order and payment. |

As company is not a Convergence partner of the NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the company, and the Company responded that as the Consumer’s order was missing, they had gone ahead and initiated the refund for the missing product amounting ₹1082.83/- |

When NCH spoke to the consumer, he confirmed that he had received the refund of ₹1082/- from the company. |
