Problem Reported Consumer had ordered a product through an e-pharmacy in the third week of May 2021, which was delivered in 5 days. The consumer had paid β‚Ή483.56/- , but the product delivered was damaged. So, the consumer contacted the company for the refund but the e-pharmacy had not responded.
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the e-pharmacy on the NCH Portal that β€œThe customer claimed to have received damage product wherein we have reshipped the package for which the same claim has been raised again by the customer. However, we have scheduled a reversal for the defective product.
