Problem Reported Consumer had ordered a branded Pantry unit with Baskets in July 2020 and had paid the amount of ₹98,834/- in the online mode. The product was delivered on 5-August-2020. As the product was defective, it was picked up in May 2021. It had been more than a month, the company has not responded on the refund amount that had to be credited to his account.
