| Problem Reported | Consumer had enrolled his child in an e-learning program and paid ₹15594/-. Later on he cancelled the admission. Even after 2 months of cancellation, the company did not refund his money. At the time of admission he was promised that his money would be refunded within 5-10 working days after the cancellation. They were making false promises and looting parent’s money. Many times he contacted customer support but had not received any response. | ||||
| Escalation by NCH | As the e-learning company is not a Convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the company, and the company responded that “The refund has been processed and refund request ID is xxxxxx, will be credited to the consumer's source account within 5-7 working days”. | ||||
