Consumer had bought a laptop in mid – October 2019, for ₹39926/-. After using it for about 3 months, as the keypad was not working properly, the service engineer visited and replaced it. Thereafter, after about 6 months, the hinges were repaired by the company. Now again after about a year, the hinges of the laptop again had a problem, and the laptop was in an unusable condition. Consumer had requested the company for servicing under the warranty period, or provide a replacement, as he was able to use the laptop for very short period |
