As the online shopping portal is not a Convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the company, and the company responded that they had checked all related data and found that said order had been automatically cancelled because of a technical issue. The company presumed that the order amount had been refunded to the customer account directly, but now on checking their records they found that the said amount had been reflected in their account. They asked the customer to provide his complete bank details with IFSC Code for transferring the said order amount directly to his bank account , so that customer can be satisfied. |
