Problem Reported Consumer had purchased a branded RO purifier in the third week of October 2020 for an amount ₹ 12499/-. After about 5 months, the consumer started facing issues as the water quality was very bad and the RO was not working continuously Consumer had raised a grievance explaining all these issues to the company, and after about 12 days, the service person came to have a look at the issue and said that only one membrane is faulty and would be replaced when they receive it from the company. After following up for almost 4 months to get the issue resolved, there was no satisfactory response and no part had been replaced by the company.
Escalation by NCH As the company is convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the response received from the company on the NCH Portal was “Work Done and Machine Pump changed” .
