Consumer had purchased a branded RO purifier in the third week of October 2020 for an amount ₹ 12499/-. After about 5 months, the consumer started facing issues as the water quality was very bad and the RO was not working continuously Consumer had raised a grievance explaining all these issues to the company, and after about 12 days, the service person came to have a look at the issue and said that only one membrane is faulty and would be replaced when they receive it from the company. After following up for almost 4 months to get the issue resolved, there was no satisfactory response and no part had been replaced by the company. |
