Problem Reported | In mid–Oct 2021, consumer had booked a Hotel and Tour package from an online travel portal and had paid an amount of ₹48,500/-. And, on the day of travel the flight got cancelled. He immediately raised the grievance with the company to cancel the Hotel package also, and process the refund of full amount paid. But, the online travel company refunded only ₹29,500/- instead of ₹48,500/-. | ||||
