Problem Reported Consumer had added ₹2,000 in his payment bank account through his Bank card in April 2020. The amount was debited from his bank account but had not been credited in his Payment Bank Account.
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded on the NCH portal that as “per the payment gateway, the amount of Rs. 2000 had been refunded, and they requested him to contact the remitter bank.”
