| Problem Reported | Consumer had purchased a high end branded four burners Gas Stove for ₹ 29,000/-. Within a month of usage, in July 2021, issues such as the flame rose too high while working and ignited automatically started occurring, so he registered a grievance, and since then he had sent multiple complaints for a permanent solution but the grievance had not been completely resolved yet. | ||||
| Escalation by NCH | As company is not a Convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was e-mailed to the company, and the response received was that “Dealer has given the replacement of product to customer.” | ||||
| Consumer Remark in INGRAM | Excellent. Excellent service on behalf of the Government of India. If not for this facility, I would have been stuck with a faulty product with no redressal. It's also a lesson to companies that they can't consumers for granted any longer. Thanks a lot. | ||||
