| Problem Reported | Consumer had applied online for a housing loan and had paid ₹5,000 as the registration amount. He was given the File number. Then, the company representatives followed up with him continuously for at least 3 weeks to upload the required documents on their website. Later, they rejected his application without any reason and were also not refunding the ₹5000 which he had paid as registration amount to them. | ||||
