Problem Reported Consumer had ordered clothes from an online shopping portal in first week of March 2022 and had paid โ‚น1035.90. The order was supposed to be delivered with a week. It had been more than 20 days, order is not delivered. Consumer had contacted companyโ€™s customer care many times to deliver the product but not getting positive response.
Escalation by NCH As the online shopping company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded on the NCH Portal that โ€œThe refund has been manually processed towards the source account on xxxxxx (date) that was used to make the payment against Refund Reference Number: xxxxxxx. The amount should reflect in the source account within 7-9 business days.โ€
